Stories That Connect. Conversations That Matter
Hello! I’m a proud “Stage 4 thriver,” storyteller, and patient advocate, sharing the funny, the hard, and everything in between. Through storytelling and creative programming, I’m working to change the conversation around what it really means to live with cancer.
With an estimated 2 in 5 Canadians expected to receive a cancer diagnosis in their lifetime, I believe we need more open conversations about what happens beyond the diagnosis. I speak openly about being diagnosed under 40 and the realities that can come with cancer, including body image, relationships, mental health, work, identity, and rebuilding a meaningful life. Whether through a keynote, panel, workshop, or creative project, my goal is to create honest conversations that educate, connect, and inspire people to take action.

Bring a fresh perspective to your next event, panel, workshop, or conversation. With lived experience, humour, honesty, and practical insight, these talks explore cancer, health, work, and what it means to build a life beyond diagnosis.

Looking for a creative project manager to bring an idea to life? I collaborate on projects, community programs, and ideas that don’t fit neatly into a box. I help turn ideas into meaningful experiences that get people thinking, talking, and participating.

Want to bring meaningful patient perspectives into your work? I offer lived-experience insight and practical perspective to help healthcare, research, workplaces, and cancer organizations better understand the realities of life beyond the clinical experience.
